Mark Golding, Jamaican Minister of Justice, Honoured at the International Drug Reform Conference 2015

This weekend at the International Drug Policy Reform Conference 2015, it was wonderful to see those who work hard to achieve real change in global drug policy being honoured.

Jamaican Minister of Justice, Mark Golding, whom Amanda Feilding and the Beckley Foundation have been advising in building Jamaica’s regulated cannabis industry, was give the Kurt Schmoke (previously the Justice Gerald Le Dain) Award for Achievement in the Field of Law for ‘working within official institutions when extremist pressures dominate government policies.’
